Customers visit your menu through a web site dedicated to your local area.  They are given the option of selecting a restaurant by name, venue, or searching for specific meals (steaks, pizza, etc…).    Once they find a restaurant that interests them, a custom-developed menu specifically designed to display your meals and food items in a logical and intuitive manner.

Convenience is key…

By simply clicking on each individual item or meal (including options) customers build a “ticket” which is visibly similar to those used by waiters and waitresses and represents the customer’s total order.  Customers may adjust their ticket as often as they like until their order is the way they want it.

Orders are GUARANTEED!

During the confirmation process the customer is asked to provide a credit card number.  The card is not charged at this time.  This ensures that the order is from a serious patron and eliminates fake orders.  The customer’s credit card is charged at the establishment using their physical card, which gives you the best charge rate.  If the order is never picked up, you have the option of logging into the City-Takeout.com system using our secure administrator, and obtain the customers charge information to cover the cost of the abandoned order.  The order itself is faxed, emailed or both to your establishment for ease of fulfillment.

Customer Reorder made simple!

Each time a customer places an order, it is recorded in their profile so they may return later and place a similar order easily and conveniently.  It also allows you to obtain reports on the most popular items on your menu.
